And, you might even catch a glimpse of one of the Discovery Place Science animals as they swing through the trees or wade through the water.

Get up close to some amazing amphibians at "Fantastic Frogs"

Meet remarkable live frogs from all over the world whose unique "superpowers" have adapted over time to help them survive.

These frogs have evolved to become masters of disguise as well as escape artists in order to attract mates, deceive predators and more.

It also features interactive learning games, scientific videos and, of course, plenty of live frogs!

Ever wonder what it takes to turn an idea into reality?

Design, prototype, create and innovate in Thinker Space, an all-new workshop and makerspace at Discovery Place Science.

Get messy and take risks in this unique, hands-on learning space. Learn new skills, such as basic woodworking, sewing and soldering. Try the latest technology, including laser cutters and 3D printers.

Thinker Space will host a variety of educator-led classes for middle and high school students.

Ever wonder how to build curiosity?

From elaborate castles to secret forts, let your design dreams come to life in Project Build. Learn about the different factors that influence architectural design while exploring how to build a better community for tomorrow.

Budding architects can create blueprint sketches, experiment with floorplans and discover different architectural styles. You can rearrange the layout of your bedroom or design a mock building for a virtual client using multimedia technology.

Our newly reimagined lab, made possible by the generosity of Honeywell, invites you to play, investigate and discover chemistry, physics and all things S.T.E.M.

Kids and adults alike have a chance to experiment with forces that are controlled only by the laws of physics and chemistry. We are all scientists at heart so put on your thinking caps and immerse yourself in the world of physical sciences.

Celebrate the unique characteristics of human beings

From real anatomical specimens to virtual reality, embark on a biological journey through the human body in Being Me.

Shrink down for a virtual reality tour through body systems. Reflect on how your muscular, skeletal, cardiovascular, digestive or nervous systems work in the Human Mirror, which uses Kinect technology to capture your movement and generate a mirror image of body systems.

Use the VeinViewer to see how near-infrared light can detect the vessels in your hand. Arrange specimens on the Bone Table to see if you can put a skeleton back together.
