If you need to cancel any summer camp enrollment – for any reason – you must notify us in writing by 5:00 p.m. on May 1, 2023, in order to receive a refund of camp tuition – minus the cancellation fee.
- The cancellation fee for a week of full-day camp is $80 and a week of half-day camp is $40. Cancellation fees are per session and per child.
- Cancellation requests, for any reason, made after 5:00 p.m. on May 1st will not be eligible for a refund.
- Missed days of camp are not eligible for a refund and cannot be applied to any other session of camp.
